The AYAD-VIDA Portal unites, organizes, and offers integrated access to vital information on the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development and Volunteering for International Development from Australia Programs in the Philippines for their key stakeholders.

It aims to make information sharing between and among volunteers, partner organisations (POs) and in-country management (ICM) more efficient and interactive, rather than pain-staking. The portal attests to how the volunteer programs, like the youth comprising it, are as dynamic and evolving.

The portal contains resources on the AYAD and VIDA Programs in-country, policies and procedures, and other information vital to a volunteer assigned to the Philippines or to partner organisations. It features a Knowledge Base that contains research, technical write-ups and others incident to the volunteers’ assignment outcomes; an Interactive Forum, where volunteers, partners and the ICM can freely exchange ideas on any given topic; and a database on Living in the Philippines.
