What's an ICM?

ICM stands for "in-country management." In all countries where there are AYADs and VIDAs, there is an ICM Team that supports the needs of volunteers. ICM services in the Philippines include providing in-country orientations, 24/hour emergency assistance, regular monitoring and evaluation, accommodation sourcing and debriefing, among others.

The Philippines ICM also assists in the development and maintenance of the Country Framework. It sources out potential host organisations (HO) in the country and aids partner HOs to achieve sustainable development outcomes through the volunteer programs.

The In-Country Management Team

  • Ms. Liza Tetangco, Finance Officer
