Established in 1991, Visayan Forum Foundation Inc (VF) is an independent, non-profit organisation (NGO) working nationwide for the welfare of marginalised migrants, especially domestic workers and victims of trafficking (women and children).
It is most known for its pioneering work with domestic workers in the Philippines, especially in advocating for the Domestic Workers’ Bill or the Batas Kasambahay. It also provides services to trafficking victims through its Halfway Houses in major Philippine ports and Manila International Airport.
