The CFPI office (across the road from VECC) is a one-storey air-conditioned building and has 6 PC units with a printer attached to each. It has its own toilet and bath inside the building. Phone lines, fax, and internet connection is also available in the office.

The Visayas Ear Care Center is a specialised area that is on the 2nd floor of a medical laboratory and a centralised air-conditioned unit that is compartmentalised into two rooms. Each of the rooms has its own PC and printer unit. One room has a sound booth and equipment for subjective audiological testing and another room is divided into two areas - an outer receiving room and an inner room for audiological testing. It has its own toilet and bathroom and just outside the two rooms is a spacious waiting area for the patients and companions. Phone line and internet connection is also available in the centre but all fax transmittal must be done in CFPI office.
