Runggiyan Social Development Foundation (RSDF) Incorporated is a not for profit organisation based in Tacloban City, Leyte. It was organised in 1985 by a group of alumni students from the University of Tacloban. RSDF works with women and youth from the poorer sectors of the community by providing them with education and entrepreneurial opportunities. It also builds capacity in local government units in handling cases on violence against women and children and providing gender responsive services to its constituents. RSDF advocates volunteering as a strategy for community and organisational development by recruiting, training and placing volunteers.
