The Baguio Centre for Young Adults, Inc (BCYA) was established in September 16, 1985. It is a non–government, non–stock, and non–profit organisation committed to developing innovative approaches in reaching out to the youth and empowering them to become responsible and productive citizens of society.

BCYA has implemented various programs on youth development and empowerment not only in Baguio City but also in the Cordilleras and some parts of the country. The range of activities and services were meant to respond to the needs, interests, issues, and concerns of the youth with the end goal of developing their life skills towards preventing risky behaviours like teenage pregnancy, abortion, and substance abuse, and the promotion of health-seeking behaviour.

It has partnered with the youth in moulding their character and confidence, enhancing their capabilities and increasing their awareness and participation in addressing community issues that affect them, their peers, and their families.
