The HO Programmatic Approach Planning Workshop is all about helping partner organisations come up with their Volunteer Program Plans (VP2 Framework). The 3-day workshop was held at The Heritage Hotel near the Manila Bay in Pasay City on September 2008. 10 partner organisations participated in this event.
